Having a breakfast full of health and taste like Paneer burjee on toast. A vegetarian burjee on Toast makes a healthy and hearty breakfast. Always a welcome change from routine omelet or scrambled eggs on toast.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Paneer, crumbled
- Half cup onions, chopped
- Half cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
- One green chili, chopped
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon chili powder
- Half cup capsicum chopped
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
For the toast
4 bread slices
For the garnish:
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
Method:
For Paneer burjee
- Take the oil in a microwave-safe bowl And add the onions and microwave on high for three minutes, stirring once after one 1/ half minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder and chili powder and microwave on high for three minutes.
- Add the capsicum and the salt and microwave on high for another two minutes.
- Add the Paneer and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts.
For the toast:
- Using the great plus open options, preheat the oven for 250° celsius for an approx nine minutes.
- Please see Bridge slices on the metal rack and using the oven and grill option toast for five minutes, till they are crispy and lightly browned.
- Top the Paneer burjee on the toast, garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
